ATTENDANCE OF APPOINTMENTS
We already offer an automated SMS text and email reminder for appointments two days prior to the actual appointment.
If you wish to cancel or postpone an appointment please do so by calling the practice or leaving a voicemail; Emailed appointment cancellations are not acceptable.
We have two incoming lines and a facility for leaving voicemails even when the lines are busy.
Late cancellations and non-attendance for appointments made will be subject to “Failure to attend or late cancellation fees”.
There are no penalties or fees if an appointment needs to be postponed or cancelled two or more weekdays prior to an appointment.
Please try to provide us with as much notice as possible if you may not attend; by doing so we may be able to offer an appointment for someone who is suffering with dental pain and waiting to be seen.
Our dental charges depend on exactly what treatment or service your require.
We are open about our dental charges and are happy to provide you with a printed estimate before we begin any course of treatment.
For more information about our current charges please call 01753 655 446.
We accept debit cards, credit cards and cash payment; Our dental charges must be settled on the day of treatment.
To save money with a lower charges structure, find out more about World Wide Dental Trauma insurance, and many other benefits, please join our Dental Wellbeing Membership Plan. Please note, you do NOT need to be dentally fit to become a Dental Wellbeing Member.
If you have any questions about the dental charges you can call us on 01753 655 446, or contact us via our contact form, or drop into the clinic where our staff will be happy to advise you.
